| <P align=left>Managing for Dummies has so many differences with the other management guides. Firstly, it is a fun to read this book. The book is a guide for either novice managers or experienced ones. The book helps readers to enjoy from management, to withstand on in the apparently unbearable and/or critical situations, to learn skills to a new employee, to catch the attention of a new customer, etc. <BR>The other feature of the book is that it is not a bound-to-time book and does not focus on the temporal solutions, but rather experienced solutions which are certain in most situations.</P>
